Terms and Conditions. October 2023.

All AllStars TT matches are free to participants and are organised by players themselves.

Registered participants select and make use of their chosen facilities and locations at their own risk and without permission expressed or implied from AllStars TT.

If you are under the age of 13 and would like to participate, you must ask your parent or guardian to create and manage an AllStars TT account on your behalf. Participation for those under the age of 13 should be supervised by a parent or guardian.

AllStars TT is not responsible for the conduct, location or venues where matches are chosen to take place and as such are not liable for any problems created or encountered there. Participants assume complete responsibility for their own conduct, safety and possessions and agree not to use their engagement for any purpose that is not permitted under the laws of jurisdiction.

Table Tennis is a physically active sport. Participants should always seek advice from their GP before engaging in regular aerobic exercise.

Participants accept that they play entirely at their own risk and that it is their responsibility to ensure that they are fit and able to take part in AllStars TT matches.

AllStars TT do not accept responsibility for injury, loss and damage caused or sustained by a participant unless the above loss, injury or damage is proven to have been caused as a direct result on the part of the AllStars TT organisation.

Participants are solely responsible for their interaction with other AllStars TT players but are not permitted to post or transmit any communication designed or intended to cause offence or to obtain private information from any AllStars TT users or representatives.

Participants will not do, or omit to do, or permit to be done, any act that will weaken or damage or be detrimental to the reputation of AllStars TT or AllStars TT members.

AllStars TT reserves the right at anytime and at its sole discretion, to suspend, terminate membership, disable access or take any action it seems necessary to remedy the situation, if these Terms are broken.
